Austin Gonyou · SMS Messaging Program
This policy explains how the Corridor Health Agent Alerts SMS program, operated by Austin Gonyou (the registered brand for this messaging program, the “Brand”), collects, uses, and protects the information you provide when you opt in to receive text-message alerts.
When you opt in to the program, we collect only what is needed to deliver the alerts you request: your mobile phone number, your consent record (the date, time, and method of your opt-in), and delivery metadata returned by the carrier (for example, whether a message was delivered). We do not collect message content beyond the operational alerts we send you.
Your mobile number is used solely to send you the operational alerts you signed up for — corridor pricing-health notifications such as Revenue-Per-Transaction changes and segmentation-share changes — and to respond to your HELP and STOP requests. We use delivery metadata only to monitor and troubleshoot delivery.
No sharing or selling of mobile information. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties for those purposes. We share your number only with the messaging providers (such as our SMS carrier and aggregator) strictly as needed to transmit the messages you requested, and only where required by law.
Message frequency varies and depends on corridor activity. Alerts are event- driven — you receive a message when a monitored corridor crosses an alert threshold — so you may receive anywhere from 0 to roughly 10 messages per week.
Message and data rates may apply. Any such charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your own plan; Austin Gonyou does not charge you for the messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from the program. After you send STOP, we stop sending you messages and retain only the record needed to honor your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below.
We retain your number and consent record for as long as you remain opted in, plus the period required to demonstrate compliance and honor opt-outs, after which it is deleted. Information is stored on access-controlled systems and transmitted over encrypted connections.
We may update this policy from time to time. The Effective date above reflects the current version; material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
